Fragrance N you offer customers fragrance sample for a nominal price when they join our voluntary fragrance program. Buy a fragrance, perfume, cologne, aftershave, gift set or body care product or products totaling $20.00 or more from this site and pick a sample of your choice. You will receive one sample for each order. If you return the order the full price of the sample ($3.75) will be deducted from your funds.

Fragrance N you process orders Monday through Friday within 24 to 48 hours after we verify payment. We ship orders by UPS, USPS or FedEx. A package may arrive in 5-10 business days. We email tracking numbers after your package is shipped.

Customers will receive free shipping for orders over $55.00. For orders under $55.00, we charge $4.95 for the first item and $1.00 for additional items. Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. We ship orders by UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service (Ground)
Returns
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You can return orders up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Before you return your order you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from our sales department. The product should be unopened and in its original sealed packaging; otherwise you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle after we receive your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.
We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons; therefore, it is crucial that you make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Please refer to our CONDITIONS of USE for additional information.
